All Sales are Final
Due to the handcrafted and unique nature of our upcycled artistic creations, all sales are final. Because each item is custom-made from vintage materials, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Damaged or Defective Items
We stand by our quality. If your item arrives damaged or has a major quality defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will evaluate the issue immediately and provide a solution (replacement or partial refund).
Shipping & Customs Fees
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. For international orders, any customs duties or import taxes paid are also non-refundable as they are handled directly by your local government agencies, not by Reworked Canvas.
Cancellation Policy
We begin processing orders quickly. Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once the item has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
